Today we have added several improvements to the way occupancy levels are set up. The process of adding occupancy levels has has been been sped up by including the form on the same page as the levels are listed. The form is shown by default if there are no existing levels or, displayed by clicking the link, as shown below.

There have been some performance improvements and we’ve added a help message to this screen, explaining how and why BookingStation uses these occupancy levels. We hope you find these changes useful.

Seasons are used to group together date ranges that share the same tariff. You can set up as many seasons as required for each year.
